摘要
文中建立了乳化炸药配方设计的数学模型 ,利用数学方法讨论了氧平衡以及不同含量的硝酸铵、硝酸钠、水和乳化剂对乳化炸药爆热的影响。计算得到了乳化炸药的几个较佳理论配方。进行爆炸性能测定后 ,发现理论配方的乳化炸药与现有生产配方相比 。
The mathematical model for formulation design of emulsion explosive was established in this paper. The effects of oxygen balance value and the content of NH 4NO 3,NaNO 3,H 2O and Span 80 on the theoretic explosion heat were discussed by the mathematical method. Some calculated formulations were obtained. After explosion properties being tested, it was found that the strength of the emulsion explosive of calculated formulation is larger than that of the emulsion explosive which is being made in many factories.
