摘要
人才派遣,最早起源于日本、美国。近年来,随着我国人才政策的放宽、人才市场需求的多样化以及新一代求职就业观念的变化,人才派遣在我国破土而出,并以其特有的优势和作用推动着这一新型用人方式在不断发展。然而正如任何新生事物一样,人才派遣在实践中遇到了一些不可避免的问题,因而正视这些问题并设法加以解决,对于促进人才派遣在我国的健康成长具有非常重要的作用。
Talents sending first originated in Japan and U. S. A. With the widening of our country's policy and diversifying demand of the talents market and the changes of job wanted persons' sense, it has occurred recently and is developing quickly with its special advantages and functions. Just like any other new things, there are some unavoidable questions. It's very important to face and solve them in order to push talents sending towards healthy development in China.
