甘蓝型“三高两低”杂交油菜新品种黔油14号的选育 被引量:1

摘要 以低芥酸不育系S45A(四川)与双低品种油研2号测交改良育成的双低细胞核隐性雄性不育两用系黔油4A与双低恢复系品系油研8907测配,通过单株成对杂交筛选测定出强优组合黔杂96007,于2002年通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定,定名为黔油14号。该组合在贵州省区域试验中平均产量2245.5kg/hm2,较对照油研7号平均增产10.95%,其最高产量达3120kg/hm2。该品种菜籽芥酸含量0.8%,含油量39.63%,硫苷含量34.6μmol/g,饼粕蛋白质含量42.1%;具有丰产、稳产,早熟(较对照油研7号早熟1.92d)和适应性较强等优点。适宜于贵州省及长江流域中下游双季稻作区种植。 The Qianza 96007 was an excellent hybrid of rape. Its female line Qianyou 4A, a doublelow recessive nuclei male sterile line, was bred from the cross combination S45A(Sichuan,low erucic)×Youyan 2 (doublelow). Its male line was a doublelow restoring line Youyan 8907. It was examined and denominated Qianyou14 by Guizhou Crop Variety Examination Committee in 2002. Its average yield was 2245.5kg/ha, 10.95% higher than CK (Youyan 7), its highest yield reached 3120kg/ha in the regional test of Guizhou. Its nutrient components are erucic content 0.8%, oil content 39.63%, glucosinolate content 34.6μmol/g in rapeseed and protein content 42.1% in rapeseed cake. It had the advantages such as bumper and steady yield, earliness (1.92 days earlier than CK) and good adaptability. It is suitable to be popularized in Guizhou and the doubleharvest rice area of the middle and lower Yangtze valley.
