用HPIC AG6为前置柱 ,以 0 5 12mol L醋酸钠 0 1mol L氢氧化钠 0 5 % (V V)乙二胺作洗脱液 ,用离子色谱法可测定废水中的微量氰化物 ,CN- 含量在 2 8μg L~ 1 5mg L的范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=0 998) ,16mg L以下的S2 -及大量的SCN- 、Cl-
The cyanide was determined with ion chromatography in which the HPIC-AG6 column was used as the separation one and the mixed solution of 0.512 mol/L NaAc、0.1 mol/L NaOH and 0.5%(V/V)(CH_2)_2(NH_2)_2 was used as eluent.The linear relation between the concentrration of cyanide and the chromatogram peak value was excellent (the linear related coefficient=0.998) when the concentration of CN - was in the range of 2.8 μg/L to 1.5 mg/L.The interference of S 2-(<16 mg/L),SCN -(< 1 000 mg/L) and Cl - was not found.
