摘要
采用旋流板塔双碱法处理熔化炉废气 ,二氧化硫平均浓度从 12 5 9 5 5mg Nm3降至 43 9 90mg Nm3,烟尘从63 9 97mg Nm3降至 5 1 96mg Nm3,二氧化硫平均去降率 65 1% ,烟尘平均去除率 91 9%
The process for treating flue gas from melter boiler with the rotating plate tower was presented.The result showed that after the treatment,SO_2 could be reduced from average 1 259.55 mg/Nm 3 to 439.90 mg/Nm 3,and particulate simultaneously from average 639.97 mg/Nm 3 to 51.96 mg/Nm 3.The average removal rate of SO_3 and particulate reached 65.1% and 91.9% respectively.
