摘要
用MTT法检测狗舌草黄酮类化合物对 3种不同肿瘤细胞的药物敏感试验表明 ,狗舌草黄酮类化合的不同浓度均对肝癌细胞Hep G2 不敏感 ;10 0 μg ml时对肝癌细胞HCC为中度敏感 ;在 10μg ml和 10 0μg ml时对淋巴性白血病细胞L1 2 1 0 分别为中度敏感和高度敏感 ,且半数致死浓度 (IC50 )为 7.75 6 μg ml。表明狗舌草黄酮类化合物对L1 2 1 0 有很强的抑制作用。
The drug sensitive test was determined by MTT reduction method to study the flavonoids compound from Tephroseris Kirilowii on three tumor cells. The results showed that the different concentration of flavonoids compound is low sensitive to liver-cancer Hep-G 2 cell. At the concentration of 10μg/ml is medial sensitive to liver-cancer HCC cell. At the concentration of 10μg/ml and 100μg/ml is medial and high sensitive to leukemia L 1210cell respectively. And the half of inhibit rates(IC 50) of flavonoids compound on leukemia L 1210 is 7.756μg/ml. These results suggest that the flavonoids compound from Tephroseris Kirilowii is high related to the anti-tumor activity.
