摘要
将JIT的管理思想与供应链管理相结合,提出了基于JIT的供应链管理的基本思路,并从内、外供应链两个方面对基于JIT的供应链管理创新策略进行了初步研究。
Combining JIT theory with SCM, the paper puts forward a basic viewpoint about SCM based on JIT, and carries out an elementary study on innovative tactics of SCM based on JIT from two aspects: inside and outside supply chains.
