摘要
介绍大连机车车辆厂主持开发的DF5B型机车遥控恒低速微机控制系统。该微机控制系统是以Intel80C196KC为核心,面向高档内燃机车的多功能实时控制系统。该系统的软硬件均为开放式设计,控制功能包括柴油机转速控制、恒功率控制,辅助发电(110V)控制、过渡控制、实时异步串行通讯以及遥控恒低速控制功能。还简单总结了装有该系统的机车在晋城矿务局装、输煤系统中的应用。
The remote control and constant low speed control microcomputer system developed by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works is presented.This microcomputer control system is a multi function real time control system,which is based on Intel 80C196KC and can be used on high grade diesel locomotives. The hardware and the software of the system are all of open design. The control functions include:diesel engine speed control;constant power control;auxiliary generating(110V) control;transitional control,real time asynchronism serial communication;remote control and constant low speed control. The operating result of the locomotive equipped with this system at Jincheng Mining Bureau is presented.
