电化学电容器电极材料超细MnO_2的制备及表征 被引量:12

Studies on ultrafine MnO_2 as electrode material of electrochemical capacitor

摘要 Ultrafine manganese dioxide was prepared by oxidation precipitation with potassium persulfate as oxidative reagent under the control of reaction temperature and time.The resulting manganese dioxide characterized by XRD,TEM,and SEM tests is γMnO2 with distinguished microstructures and their diameters generally range from 20 to 80 nm.By using electrochemical technique,its specific capacitance reaches over 150F/g.The manganese oxide maintains high utilization at high rates of chargedischarge.Its specific capacitance did not change significantly in over a thousand cycles.
