摘要
目的 观察全瓷冠用于前牙美容修复的临床效果。方法 对修复科门诊患者 6 8人 ,共 388颗前牙用全瓷冠修复 ,观察修复体的形态、色泽 ,检查修复体颈缘适合性、牙龈健康状况。结果 全瓷冠用于前牙美容修复 ,牙体形态、颈缘适合性、牙龈健康状况良好 ,色泽有待进一步改进。结论 全瓷冠用于前牙美容修复具有较好的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and patients' satisfaction of all ceramic restoration. Methods A questionnaire on the satisfaction was used in the study in order to analyze the validity and reliability of the all cernmic crown. The marginal fit, gingival index and porcelain defeat were examined. Results The patients were more satisfied with the form and comfort than with the color. The marginal fit and the gingival condition were good. Conclusion The all ceramic crown is the better choice for the clinical restoration of anterior teeth.
