摘要
目的 探讨急性智齿冠周炎初期即时拔牙的有效性。方法 对急性智齿冠周炎采用初期即时拔牙或保守疗法 ,观察 4 8h后症状缓解情况和愈期。结果 下颌阻生智齿即时拔除的 2 96颗牙中 ,87.16 %在 4 8h后完全缓解 ,愈期平均 1.6d。保守疗法的 6 2颗牙中 ,19.35 %在 4 8h后完全缓解 ,愈期平均 3.8d。结论 急性智齿冠周炎初期 。
Objective To detect the validity of extracting tooth in the presence of acute pericoronitis. Methods Extraction of the impacted mandibular third molar was conducted at the early stage of acute pericoronitis, compared with the conservative treatment of pericoronal pocket rinse. The relieving cases in 48 h and the relieving period were recorded. Results In 296 cases of acute pericoronitis treated by extracting the impacted third molar, 87.16% relieved completely in 48 h and the relieving period was 1.6 d. In 62 cases treated conservatively, 19.35% relieved completely in 48 h and the relieving period was 3.8 d. Conclusion At the early stage of acute pericoronitis, extracting the impacted third molar may be an effective choice.
