摘要
本文全面、系统的介绍了在八度地震区建造五层房屋有关抗震设计方法、防裂与抗震构造措施,以及施工技术。通过试点建筑,某种程度上检验了《八度区混凝土空心小型砌块建筑抗震性能研究》课题成果,同时反映出具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。本文可作为新修编的建筑抗震设计规范具体运用的参考。
In this paper, the seismic design method, crackproof measures for walls and anti-seismic configuration as well as it's construction technique for building five-storey house in the regions of 8 intensity are comprehensively described. Through engineering practice, the achievements of subject about the seismic behavior of hollow concrete block buildings in the regions of 8 intensity have been checked in some extent. The demonstration project shows that this type of house is of economic benefits and embodies virtues for society. The paper can be served as a reference for the specific application of 'Building Earthquake Resistant Code' revised recently.
