摘要
目的 :用百力特或狄奥宁滴眼 ,比较其治疗人工晶体植入术后人工晶体前膜的疗效。方法 :2 4只成年纯系新西兰白兔的 4 8只眼 ,随机分为 3组 :百力特治疗组 (A组 ) ,狄奥宁治疗组 (B组 ) ,空白对照组 (C组 )。 4 8只兔眼均行晶体囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术 ,术后 1,3,5 ,7,14 ,2 1及 30d定量动态观察人工晶体前膜的情况。结果 :A组的前膜低于B ,C组 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;B组前膜低于C组 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :百力特与狄奥宁滴眼均能有效治疗人工晶体植入术后人工晶体前膜 ,百力特的疗效优于狄奥宁。
Objective:To compare the effect for treating fibrinous membrane after intraocular lens(IOL) implantation using Pred forte or dionine topically. Methods:Forty-eight eyes of twenty-four adult pure bred New Zealand rabbits were divided into three groups randomly . Group A:rabbits received Pred forte eyedrops; group B: rabbits received dionine eyedrops; group C:controlled. All the eyes received lens extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens.The fibrinous membrane was observed after 1,3,5,7,14,21 and 30 days postoperatively. Results:The fibrinous membrane in group A was less than that in group B and C, there were significant differences( P >0.05). The difference in the fibrinous membrance between group B and group C was also statistical significant( P >0.05).Conclusion:The study suggests that both Pred forte and dionine eyedrops can treat fibrinous membrane after IOL implantation. The effect of Pred forte is better than that of dionine.
