摘要
基础教育新一轮课程改革实行三级课程管理体制,地方和学校对课程的决策权力进一步加大,体育与健康课程改革对课程开发提出了较高要求。少数民族体育的多元文化特征和多元价值功能决定其具有较高的课程开发价值和较大的课程开发潜力,利用少数民族体育资源开发校本课程对民族地区中小学课程开发具有极其重要的现实意义。
The new-round curricula reform of basic education requires three-leveled curricula management system in which the local authority and the school have greater power to make decision. The reform of physical education curricula requires greater efforts to develop it. The physical culture of national minority has great developing value and potentiality because of its multi-cultural characteristics and multi-functions. Taking advantage of physical culture of national minority to develop local curricula is of realistic significance to the development of curricula of primary and middle schools in minority areas.
