摘要
农业发展程度不高,非农产业优势不强,城镇基础设施薄弱,配套政策缺乏是洛阳市农村城镇化过程中存在的主要问题。加快经济发展,大力发展第三产业,改善城镇基础设施,完善相关政策制度是推进洛阳市农村城镇化进程的重要措施。
There are four main problems existing in the urbanization of the rural areas of Luoyang City, i. e. underdeveloped agriculture, the weakness of the non-agricultural industry, weak township intra-structure facilities and lack of corresponding policies. To solve these problems, we must quicken the development of economy, develop tertiary industry energetically, improve township intra-structure facilities and perfect the corresponding policies.
