摘要
研究了在磷生铁基体中添加微量元素Sb、Bi、Cu对改善磷生铁的热膨胀性能及脆性的影响规律。研究结果表明,Sb含量小于2 0%,Bi含量小于1 0%,Cu含量小于1 0%时,随着Sb、Bi、Cu含量的增加,磷生铁的线膨胀系数减小;当磷生铁基体中添加微量元素Sb,能明显改善磷生铁的脆性。
The influences of alloying elements on expansibility and ductility of the gray cast iron were investigated.The experimental results show that,when Sb<20%,Bi<10%,Cu<10%,with increasing the content of Sb,Bi and Cu,the expansibility of gray cast iron is reduced;the ductility of gray cast iron is reduced intensely when the antimony is added.
