摘要
基于PIC单片机控制的粮食水分子测量仪的基本组成原理 ,分析湿度、温度传感器检测特性及温度补偿方法 ,借助虚拟曲线拟合仪对传感器输出数据进行曲线拟合 ,应用软件编程实现非线性校正。叙述PIC单片机在实际应用中特点及PICCC语言编程要点 ,并给出系统软件流程图。
This paper introduces a hardware construct which is used to measure the Grain Hydro-molecule based on PIC MCU control. It analyzes the test characteristics of humidity and temperature sensor and the method of temperature compensation. Virtual curve fitting meter is applied to perform curve fitting operations on sensor output data. Software is used to perform that nonlinear Calibration. Furthermore,It depicts the PIC MCU' application characteristics and PICC C programme main point, and its main software programme flow is given here.
