摘要
随着世界性产业转移至中国,跨国公司的本土化战略也加快步伐,其中的采购本土化不仅为中国企业带来商机,也为提高城市综合竞争力提供契机。上海在对跨国采购中心建设的竞争中必须清楚自身的条件和差距,才能更好地吸引跨国公司采购总部甚至地区总部。跨国公司扩大本土采购的动因、建设跨国采购中心的条件、上海是否具备以及如何完善都是迫切需要思考的问题,本文试对以上问题进行了分析。
With the transfer of global industries into China, multinationals speed up their paces of localization strategy. Purchase localizationwill not only bring Chinese enterprises more business opportunities, but also provide more chances of increasing city's competition ability. In thecompetition of the construction of international sourcing center, Shanghai should know its strengths and weaknesses to attract foreign capital. Thepurpose of this article is to discuss the causes of purchase localization of multinationals, the condition of the construction of international sourcingcenter, and the ways for Shanghai to improve itself in the competition.
