摘要
目的:观察比较辛伐他汀40mg/d与辛伐他汀20mg/d在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)合并高脂血症病人中调脂的疗效与安全性。方法:将血脂未达标的84例冠心病人随机分成两组。A组:辛伐他汀40mg/d;B组:辛伐他汀20mg/d。治疗前、治疗后4周、12周检查血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)。结果:辛伐他汀40mg/d与辛伐他汀20mg/d均能显著降低TC(P<0.01)、LDL-C(P<0.01),辛伐他汀40mg/d作用强于辛伐他汀20mg/d(P<0.05),辛伐他汀40mg/d与辛伐他汀20mg/d均能升高HDL-C并降低TG,两组间比较未达到显著差异。两组均有良好的安全性。结论:辛伐他汀40mg/d与辛伐他汀20ms/d均能显著降低TC、LDL-C水平,辛伐他汀40mg/d作用明显优于辛伐他汀20mg/d,辛伐他汀40mg/d与辛伐他汀20mg/d均有好的安全性。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of high dose of simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipi-demia. Methods: Eighty four cases with hyperlipidemia combined with coronary heart disease were randomized divided into two groups, of which simvastatin 40 mg/ d in group A and simvastatin 20 mg/ d in group B.Examine the level of TC, LDL - C, HDL-C, TG, SGPT , and CK in serum before therapy, 4 weeks and 12 weeks after therapy.Results: Both simvastatin 40 mg/d and simvastatin 20 mg/ d could significantly decrease the level of TC ( P < 0.01), LDL -C(P<0.01), Both simvastatin 40 mg/ d and simvastatin 20 mg/d could elevate the level of HDL - C ( P < 0.05)and reduce TG. The reliability of Both simvastatin 40 mg/d and simvastatin 20 mg/d is good. Conclusion: Both simvastatin 40 mg/d and simvastatin 20 mg/d are effective and reliable in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, however, simvastatin 40 mg/d is superior to simvastatin 20 mg/d.
