性激素替代治疗不能预防冠心病
摘要
绝经期后妇女体内雌激素水平下降而冠心病危险性明显增高,使人们考虑在绝经后妇女中采用性激素替代治疗(HRT)来预防冠心病.许多观察性研究发现,接受HRT的妇女心血管病死亡率显著低于未接受HRT的妇女,推动了HRT的普遍应用.
