摘要
目的:探讨高血压患者左心室结构和功能对心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法:检测122例高血压患者的24小时动态心电图心率变异性和多普勒超声心动图的资料,采用逐步回归分析方法对这两种检测指标进行了多因素逐步回归分析。结果:超声心动图检测的E/A、EF、LVIDs指标与HRV多项指标存在显著的相关性。结论:高血压患者左心室舒张、收缩功能及结构的变化均能显著影响HRV。
Objective: To study the influence of left ventricular conformation and function on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with hypertension. Methods: Measured the HRV data of 24 hours Holter and Doppler echocardiogram in 122 patients with hypertension and analysed these data using step by step regression of multiple variances. Results: These data (E/A> EF, LVIDs) of Doppler echocardiogram were related with the data of HRV significantly. Conclusion: The changes of left ventricular function and conformation are significant influence on HRV in patients with hypertension.
