摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法 90例患者分别行电灼术、囊肿剔除及附件切除术 ,通过随访以观察疗效。结果 症状完全缓解占 75 % ,不孕症中妊娠率 6 3.4 % ,复发 6 .7% ,结果满意。结论 腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜异位症有创伤小、恢复快、出血少、不易复发的优点 ,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopy on endometriosis.Methods Ninety cases with endometriosis were treated with laparoscopy.The procedures consisted of electric cautery,cystectomy and adnexectomy.The curative effect was observed by follow up.Results The symptoms were remittenced in 75% cases,the pregnancy rate in infertility women was 63.4% after operation and the relapse rate was 6.7%.Conclusion Treating endometriosis with laparoscopy has many advantages such as little injury,quick recover,less bleeding and low recurrencc.
