摘要
采用三维有限元法对套管叉锻件热挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟仿真分析。针对其成形过程中出现的叉部顶端及底端充不满现象进行了深入分析,提出了防止缺陷产生的一种特殊的凸模结构。生产实践表明,采用这种特殊的凸模结构后,可达到降低材料消耗、提高模具使用寿命、提高产品尺寸精度和力学性能等效果。
D FEM has been employed to analyze and simulate numerically the process of hot extrusion of transmis-sion shaft forgings with deep research of phenomena of top and bottom of fork that not completely filled in the form-ing process hence an especial punch die structure preventing the defects been developed.Practical production has shown good effects such as reduction of material consumption,longer service life of die,higher dimensional accuracy and better mechanical properties when using this structure.
