摘要
重新审视了电机设计中气隙磁位降的计算方法 ,指出传统方法存在逻辑上的矛盾和重复计算的问题。为克服传统方法的缺陷 ,本文提出了计算气隙磁位降时求气隙实际磁密幅值的新方法———两步法 :(1)不考虑饱和 ,由每极基波磁通求气隙基波磁密幅值 ;(2 )考虑饱和 ,由气隙基波磁密幅值求气隙实际磁密幅值。
This paper reviews the calculation method of gap magnetic motive force (mmf) in a.c. machine design, and points out that there are logic contradiction and problem of repetitive calculation in the traditional method. In order to overcome the defaults in the old method, this paper proposes a new method for finding the real gap flux density magnitude in calculation of the gap mmf, which is called two-step method: (1) leaving out of consideration of saturation, finding gap flux density magnitude of fundamental wave by the flux of fundamental wave per pole; (2) in consideration of saturation, finding real gap flux density magnitude by the gap flux density magnitude of fundamental wave.
