摘要
植物样品中金的分析方法很多。通过大量试验表明,植物样品的灰化温度和分解方式对金的分析结果影响很大。为此,在大量试验的基础上确立了植物样品在650℃灰化,王水溶解,泡沫塑料分离富集,硫脲解脱金,石墨炉原子吸收测定植物样品中金的分析方法。该方法快速、简单、准确、可靠,方法的检出限为0.29×10^(-9)。用3个含量分别为115.4×10^(-9).15.0×10^(-9),18.1×10^(-9)的植物样品做精密度试验。其相对标准偏差分別是5.26%、21.5%、7.37%。
The determination of gold in plant samples is investigated in the paper.A large number of experiments show that the analytical results of gold are greatly interfered by the ashing temperature and the decomposition form of plant sample. According to these experiments,the procedure of determination of gold in plant samples are establihed,that is ashed directly at the temperature of 650℃,dissolved in aqua regia,separated by foamed plastics,freed by thiourca and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable.The detection limit is 0.29×10^(-9).Three plant samples,which gold contents are 115.4×10^(-9),15.0×10^(-9) and 18.1×10^(-9),are used to measure accuracy of the method, and the relative standard deviation respectively are 5.26%, 21.5%, 7.37%.
