摘要
基于ITU-T组织的H.323协议规范，文章给出一种扩展性较好的IP电话系统的设计方案，在此同时对此系统的模块设计和消息流程作了叙述。该系统具有平台独立性和良好的可扩展性，同时易于操作和维护。
Based on the ITU-T recommendation H.323, the design of the IP phone system, which has good extensibility, is given in this paper. Meantime, the design of modules and the message flow are also introduced. This system possesses the characters of platform independence & good expansibility. Also, It's easy to be operated & maintained.
