摘要
本文研究二甲苯异构体在ZSM—5型分子筛中的吸附与扩散性能。证明对二甲苯的扩散比间二甲苯快,其扩散系数比Dp/Dm=1.78。对二甲苯的吸附容量远大于间二甲苯。从吸附与扩散角度解释并验证ZSM—5型分子筛在二甲苯异构化反应中所具有的高对位选择性。
The adsorption and diffusion properties of xylene isomer on ZSM—5 molecular sieves were studied in this paper. The results show that the diffusion rate of p-xylene is faster than that of m-xylene, and the ratio of diffusion coefficient (D_p/D_m) is equal to 1.78. We also find that the adsorption capacity of p-xylene is much larger than that of m-xylene. Hence a higher para-xylene selectivity in isomerization reaction of xylene on ZSM—5 molecular sieves is verified based on the experimental results.
