摘要
本文研究了D2EHMTPA从盐酸溶液中萃取铟的性能,其萃取率随着酸度增大而减小,与D2EHDTPA和D2EHPA相比较,萃取能力大小顺序为 D2EHDTPA>D2EHMTPA>D2EHPA 用饱和法和连续变量法确定萃合物组成为InA_3。红外光谱和核磁共振谱研究表明:D2EHMTPA萃取铟的机理是阳离子交换反应,并与P=S键配位,还测定了不同温度下的分配比(5~35℃),求得萃取热力学函数。
The extraction behavior of indium with D2EHMTPA [di(2-ethylhexyl)monothiophosphoric acid] from hydrochloric acid solution has been studied. The extraction percentage of D2EHMTPA decreases as the-hydrochloric acid concentration increases. The extraction capabilityof the following three extractants is in the order: D2EHDTPA>D2EHMTPA>D2EHPA The composition of the extracted species is evidenced to be InA_3. by saturation method and the method of continuous variations, It was studied on IR and on NMR show that the extraction mechanism of indium with D2EHMTPA is a cationic exchange reaction with P=S coordination bond, The distribution ratios in the range of temperature 5℃ to 35℃ were measured, and the thermodynamic functions of the extraction process(△H°, △G°, △S°) were calculated.
