摘要 简要介绍了微型扑翼飞行器的概念、特点及其应用 ,概述了微扑翼飞行器的国内外研究现状及未来发展趋势。在此基础上 ,重点讨论了基于微机电系统 (MEMS)技术的微型扑翼飞行器的系统结构和单元划分 。 The concept, features and usage of flapping wing micro air vehicles (FMAV) are briefly introduced. The present research situation and development trend of FMAV are summarized. According to this, the systematic structures and the elements of FMAV based on micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) as well as some typical actuators solutions are discussed in detail.
