超高分子量聚乙烯纤维表面浸润性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用低温等离子、液态氧化、电晕、紫外接枝、等离子接枝等方法对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维进行了表面处理 ,并用电子天平法对该纤维对乙二醇的浸润性作了研究。经表面处理后 ,超高分子量聚乙烯纤维对乙二醇的浸润性提高 ,接触角减小。 The surface of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fibers is treated by the low temperature plasma, liquid oxidation, crone and branch polymerization by violet and plasma . The wetability of the fibers to ethylene glycol is studied by electronic balance. It is found that the wetability of the fibers is improved and the contact angle reduced after the surface treatments. The various factors which will effect the wetability of the fibers are also discussed.
