摘要
本文采用动、静态相结合的方法 ,对已进入服役后期的包钢 2 # 高炉重新开炉时炉壳内部残余应力 (二段 )进行了监测和研究 ,根据炉壳内应力的分布特征及变化趋势 ,确定其比较薄弱的部位 ,提出防治措施 ,确保 2 # 高炉顺利投产 ;这对处于服役后期的包钢 2 # 高炉重新恢复生产意义非常重大。
With the dynamic and stationary method, the residual stress of N0.2 BF in its late working period is tested and analyzed. According to the distributing character and changing trend of the interior stress, the weak link is determined and some preventing measures to ensure are put forward. It is important for the furnace to continue its service.
