本文介绍了镁基铁水脱硫的优势、引进技术的创新及实际应用。采用一套喷吹装置带两支喷枪的工艺方式 ,可保证脱硫扒渣能力 130万t/a ,并达到合同规定的终点脱硫效果 :10 0 %罐次终点硫含量≤ 0 0 10 %,其中 2 0 %的罐次终点硫含量≤ 0 0 0 5 %,工艺顺行 ,不会发生喷溅。
The paper introduces the advantage of Mg-basic desulphuration, innovation of import technology and actual application. Process way that one set of desulphuration device with two injection lances can ensure 1.3 million tons per year capability of desulphuration with deslag and achieve final sulphur volume according to contract (100% heats [S]≤0.01%, 20% ones [S]≤0.005%). The process is smooth and does not spray.
