摘要
目的 :探讨老年高血压病患者脉压与心功能的关系 ,尤其是与左室收缩功能与舒张功能的关系。方法 :应用动态血压监测(ABPM)及超声心动图观察68例老年高血压病患者。根据脉压大小将患者分为 :①A组 :平均脉压>40mmHg;②B组 :平均脉压≤40mmHg。结果 :脉压与A/E比值、年龄呈明显正相关(P<0 05,P<0 01)。A组血清总胆固醇(Tc)、收缩压(SBP)、甘油三酯(TG)明显高于B组(P<0 05、0 01、0 05。结论
Objective:To investigate the Correlation between pulse pressure and heart function,especially the correlation between systolic function and left ventricular function in old patients with hypertension.Methods:Pulse pressure and left ventricular function were observed by echocardiography and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) in 68 patients with essential old hypertension.Patients were divided into two groups according to mean pulse pressure.Group A had high pulse pressure.The mean pulse pressure was over 40 mmHg.Group B had lower pulse pressure and the mean e1ual or less than 40 mmHg.Results:It was found that there was positive correlation between pulse pressure and A/E ratio (p<0 05) and between pulse pressure and age (p<0.01).Total cholesterol(Tc),systolic blood pressure (SBP) and triglyceride (TG) were higher in patients of group A than those of patients in group B (p<0。05,0。01,0。05)。Conclusion:it was suggested that left ventricular diastolic function was mainly influenced by pulse pressure in patients with essential old hypertension.
