摘要
针对电镦成形 ,提出一种变体积镦粗算法 ,通过有限元程序对电镦成形工艺进行理论分析 ,并对比分析不同工艺参数对成形的影响 。
Based on the character of the valve’s forging,a new method of variable volume is introduced.According to the FEM program,the valve’s forging process is analyzed.In addition,the influence of different process parameter is contrastively analyzed,which will provide scientific foundation on subsequent process control.
