摘要
采用特定的化学助剂,通过催化聚合法一步合成快干型低游离TDI聚氨酯固化剂。分析了快干型低游离TDI固化剂对聚氨酯漆膜性能的影响,其干燥速度、消光性、附着力等性能明显优于普通型低游离TDI固化剂。
The title curing agent has been prepared by one - step catalytic polymerization process with a specific chemical additive. The influences of this fast dry and low free - TDI curing agent on poly-urethane coatings film performance were discussed. It was found that the dry speed, matting effect and adhesion were all superior to the conventional low free - TDI curing agent.
