摘要
推导出了摆辗接触面积率的精确表达式 ,首次提出了真实相对压下量和近似相对压下量的概念 ,拟合出了精确度高的摆辗接触面积率的二项式和三项式的简明表达式 。
In this paper,the precise calculation formula of contact surface ratio in rotary forging has been deduced, the ideas of real relative decreased amount and approximative relative decreased amount have been presented the first time, the two\|term formula and the three\|term formula representing contact surface ratio have been raised. It has directive meaning for the theory research of rotary forging deeply and practical application of rotary forging reasonably.
