摘要
高校毕业生就业制度改革是高等教育改革的重要内容。本文对我国高校毕业生就业制度经历的计划分配制、"三来三去"制、推荐双选制三个阶段的改革历程进行了回顾和分析,对新形势、新阶段我国高校毕业生就业工作的新模式、新机制、新制度进行了探讨。
This paper reviews the history of the employment of the college graduates and forecasts its future development.
