摘要
实验采用无机盐为原料的溶胶 凝胶法制备了复合氧化物La2-xSrxNiO4薄膜,研究了它的阻温特性和氧敏特性。并采用XRD、SEM、AFM(原子力显微镜)等对该薄膜的结构进行了表征。
Thin films of La2-xSrxNiO4 were prepared by solgel process with nitrate and organic chelator as raw materials. The oxygen sensitivity and responsibility of the La2-xSrxNiO4 film were tested in oxidizing/reducing atmosphere. The resistancetemperature stability of the film were investigated. The formation and microstructure of the film were analyzed by means of XRD,SEM and AFM.
