摘要
将红变米用12~18克/米~3剂量的磷化铝进行全仓密封或粮堆密封熏蒸处理,密闭160~280小时后启封,红变米变成白色大米。经检测红变米原有的4种菌类均已消失,常见菌类也与正常大米一致,可以食用。
Whole seal warehouse or seal grain bulk was fumigated with aluminium phosphide 12-18g/m^3.After 160-280 hr.seal,the fumigated rice was unsealed,the redden rice changed into white rice.The four moulds in redden rice dissapeared,the common moulds were same as those of normal rice.The treated redden rice can be consumed.
