摘要
利用逐级提取的方法研究了短期暴露实验过程中鱼鳃表面不同结合状态的铜随时间变化的过程 .考虑到实验过程中水环境条件的动态变化 ,对实验数据进行了校正 .结果表明 ,鱼鳃对铜的吸收在 3h左右达到稳态平衡 ,水提铜。
Fish were exposed to 1?mg/L copper in synthetic water. The dynamic changes in copper binding to the fish gills were characterized using a sequential extraction procedure. It was found that the chemical properties of the bulk solution and the fish gill microenvironment changed significantly during the first three hours and leveled off afterwards. The copper in the fish gill tissues accounted for one third of the total and only about 20% are adsorbed on the surface of the gills. Rest of them are those associated with fish gill mucus which were readily be washed off from the gills.
