DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CHECKING SYSTEM OF POWER GENERATING QUALITY FOR POWER PLANT

摘要 电站发电质量对电网电能质量有着重要影响 ,竞争日益激烈的电力市场对电站发电质量提出了更高的要求。文中研究了基于Web的发电质量考核系统 ,分析了该系统的结构和具体实现方法。通过采集与存储机组发电实时数据 ,按值对发电质量指标进行自动统计 ,用户可使用浏览器进行查询 ,实现对运行人员的公平考核 。 Power generating quality has great influence on the electric energy quality of power grid and increasingly competitive power market asks higher demand for power generating quality of power plant. The Web-based checking system of power generating quality is studied in this paper, and the system structures and implementation method are analyzed in detail. Through collecting and storing unit generating real-time data, the power generating quality indices are counted automatically according to each shift. Users can view the results with a browser, by which operators can be appraised equally, and the power generating quality level will be improved.
