摘要
为了引进吸收 AL STOM的大型水轮发电机转子绝缘技术 ,在匝间绝缘、极身绝缘、绝缘托板和角部绝缘等方面进行了对比研究 ,对转子绝缘材料如上胶 Nomex纸、对地绝缘、磁极托板、密封材料等进行了开发研究 ,在 AL STOM的转子绝缘结构的基础上进行了改进 ,并将成果应用于制造三峡磁极 。
In order to improve large hydro generator rotor insulation technology, rotor insulation materials such as varnished Nomex, main insulation material, rotor winding insulation material,airproof material and so on have been reseached and developed. At the same time the rotor insulation structure is improved too. This make our factory's producing technology reaches the international level.
