双履带活块循环式薄板连铸过程的计算模拟

摘要 本文对双履带活块循环式薄板连铸过程进行了计算机模拟。由实验室热态试验结果表明凝固模型是可靠的。通过计算可知:双履带活块循环式薄板连铸过程中,结晶器内液态钢象固态钢一样随模壁运动,钢液流速和自由表面形状的主要影响因素是中间包水口的钢液出口速度。 Computer simulation tests of the solidification process of concast thin slabs were conducted in a twin block chain caster and reliability of the solidification process model was confirmed. It is proved through numerical calculation that the pattern of the molten steel flow in the mould is just the same as the solid steel moving along the wall of the mould. The key factor affecting the velocity of molten steel and the shape of the free surface is found to be the outlet velocity of molten steel running out of the tundish nozzle.
