摘要
本文介绍了平炉、转炉不同钢包容量、不同生产工艺条件和不同钢种进行钢包喂铝丝试验的情况。初步探索了在各种条件下的喂丝工艺参数,对影响铝回收率的诸多因素进行了分析研究。
The article introduced trials on feeding Al-wire into open hearth Ladles and co- nverter ladles with various volumetric capacities under different processing conditions and for different Steel grades.The process parameters for Al-wire feeding under va- rious operating conditions have been achieved through tests and the affecting factors on the recovery ratio of Al analysed.
