摘要
用静态控制模型和“枪位——加料”自学模型指导加料,并实行氧枪枪位自动控制,取得冶炼过程化渣平稳、一次倒炉[P]平均降低0.094%,温度偏差减少25℃、合金收得率提高4.62%(Mn)及使转炉操作趋于规范化,提高了转炉冶炼操作的整体水平。
By adjusting the material charging and automatically controlling the position of oxygen lance with a static control model and a selfadaptive model for 'Lance positioningcharging' the melting of slag in the vessel was behaved very smoothly; [P]decreased by 0.094% on an average at the first tilting; temperature deviation lowered by 25℃;and alloy yield raised by 4.62% (Mn). Introduction of the control models to oxygen converter has normalized the operational practice and thereby upgraded the overall operation level in the converter refining.
