摘要
本文涉及近几年来国外铁水预处理的新进展。主要有:全部铁水处理;专用炉用脱磷用转炉渣作脱磷剂;预处理铁水少渣精炼。脱硫的经济分析,提高脱磷剂效率,提高铁水的质量等。我国铁水预处理应得到的启示。
The present paper relates to the new progress of hot metal pretreatment process abroad in the recent years involving overall hot metal pretreatment; dephosphorization of special furnace using converter slag as dephosphorizlng agent; slag free refning with pretreated hot metal; analysis on the economical efficiency of desulphurization; enhancement of efficiency of dephosphorizing agent and improvement of quality of hot metal. Lessons we can draw from the foreign experience in the development of China's hot metal pretreatment techiaue is also referred to.
