摘要 基于虚拟仪器思想,用VC++开发出了材料缓冲特性测试虚拟仪器系统。系统使用搜索技术,能可靠采集显示瞬时冲击信号;使用多种数字滤波技术能有效去除信号中的噪声,采取多种曲线拟合技术以得到各种描述材料缓冲特性的曲线,并以各种方式显示之。采用曲线位图转换存储技术抓取曲线图形,以拷贝到文本文件中;能自动按要求模板生成实验报告;采用文件自动管理技术管理数据文件,提高了它的可操作性。 Applying virtual instrument on testing is the trend in computer science development. Basing on the idea of virtual instrument, we develop the virtual testing system for packaging. It can acquire instantaneous shock signals with the search technique. Noise-corrupted by the digital filtering, the data of acceleration & time can be processed to other curves by the curve-fitting method. These curves are displayed in several ways. The plots can be captured by the transformation & storage of curve bitmap and inserted in the text file. The system we have developed is also featured by the automatic generation of the test report in accordance with the user's requirement and the good operation due to the fact that all the data files are managed by the automatic management technology of files.
