信息技术的迅速发展及其在应用领域的渗透与拓展,使我国国民经济和社会信息化进程加快,科研信息化已呈现出必然趋势。针对中国包装系统的特点,建立虚拟研究组织,引入现代项目管理,研究面向科研的网上智力与信息资源共享尤为重要。
The rapid development of information technology and its penetration and extension into applied fields have promoted China's economic and its overall informationalizatiou process, in which the informationalization of science-research project has become an obvious trend. To China's packing industry, it is necessary to study management methods on intelligence and information resource sharing application system for science-research project.
