摘要
以杉木木材为原料 ,经过制取纤维素和稀酸水解 ,制备了微晶纤维素 (MCC)。水解的最佳条件是 :使用质量分数为 6%的盐酸 ,m(杉木纤维素 )∶m(盐酸 ) =1∶2 0 ,水解温度为 92℃ ,水解时间为 2 5min ,产率达到 94.6%。对制得微晶纤维素作了红外光谱和X -射线衍射分析与确认。
Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) was prepared in good yield(94.6%) from the wood of Cunninghamia lanceolata. The optimized conditions were as follows: w(HCl)=6%, m(Cellulose) ∶m(HCl)=1∶20 ,hydrolysis temperature was 92 ℃, hydrolysis time was 25 min. Structure of the product was confirmed by IR , X-diffraction spectrometry.
