摘要
目的 :观察抗肿瘤新药国产长春瑞滨 (NVB盖诺 )加顺铂 (DDP)联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的疗效。方法 :治疗NSCLC 48例。男性 34例 ,女性 14例。病理类型以腺癌为主 (2 8例 )。结果 :部分缓解 (PR) 2 1例 ,稳定 (NC) 2 4例 ,进展 (PD) 3例 ,总有效率 47 92 %。盖诺的剂量限制毒性为骨髓抑制 ,白细胞下降占 81 2 5 %。局部疼痛或静脉炎发生率2 9 17%。结论 :以盖诺为主联合化疗治疗晚期NSCLC的有效率高 ,毒性可以耐受 ,是一个有前途的抗肿瘤新药。
Objective:To evaluate the results of combination chemotherapy with vinorelbine(VNLB) plus cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Forty-eight patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in this study.Adenocarcinoma was the most common type of malignancy.Results:The overall rate was 47.92%.The dose limiting toxicity was neutropenia which was seen 81.25% in treated cases.The local venous toxicity was observed in 29.17% of the patients.Conclusion:A high response rate was obtained in advanced NSCLC treated by NVB plus DDP.NVB is a promising antitumor agent with tolerable toxicity.
